Northeast Brewers Block Party at Socialable Cider Werks on October 16, from Noon to 7 p.m.

Sociable Cider Werks in collaboration with The Southern Anoka Community Assistance (SACA) and the NE Brewers and Distillers Association (NEBDA) is planning on hosting the Northeast Brewers Block Party on October 16, 2016.   The event will be held at Sociable Cider Werks at 1500 Fillmore St. NE from Noon to 7 p.m.

The event will include live music from several bands (tbd) throughout the day and will include product from the members of NEBDA.  Proceeds will benefit SACA, NEBDA and stipends will be given back to the participating breweries/distilleries. We are applying for a temporary license to sell liquor for the distillers as well as the ability for the other participating breweries to sell their own product.  We’ve applied for an expansion of license permit for both our entertainment and premises.  The events will take place in our parking lot and will have amplified sound.  We are applying for amplified sound permits as well for these events.

The event will be held at Sociable Cider Werks at 1500 Fillmore St. NE from Noon to 7 p.m. We are hoping to have an anticipated attendance of approximately 8000 people throughout the day for this event.

We are working with The Beer Dabbler, a company that specializes in outdoor event management to help coordinate the event.  The Beer Dabbler has a history of crafting very thoughtful and organized events.  We look forward to working with them again.
